Dayle Haynes wears several professional hats: he is a district pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist churches, an HIV/AIDS Change Agent, Community Development Leader, Inspirational Speaker, and the Author of the ground-breaking book Over To You.

He completed his undergraduate studies with Honours from Caribbean Union College (University of the Southern Caribbean) in Trinidad.

Pastor Haynes has travelled throughout the Caribbean creating culturally-sensitive models which focus on youth advancement principles, leadership building techniques and life empowerment strategies.

Pastor Haynes is the proud father of a twin, Dillon and Donné, and loving husband of Andrea.
